On  October  28,  2010,  China  Huadian  successfully  intercepted  the  Lower  Stung  Russei  Chrum  River  for  its  wholly-owned  338  MW  hydropower  station,  the  largest  one  of  its  kind  in  the  Kingdom  of  Cambodia.
