In  the  first  phase,  2×1000  MW  USC  coal-fired  units  were  installed,  the  largest  units  with  highest  efficiency  in  China.  Another  2×1000  MW  high-efficient  units  and  a  port  which  can  handle  up  175  million  tons  of  coal  per  year  were  approved  to  start  construction.
