PHENOM PENH, June 16  — CHD Power Plant Operation Co., Ltd. (CHDOC) recently lowered the water level and emptied the storage capacity of the lower dam of Lower Stung Russei Chrum Hydropower Plant in Cambodia, and salvaged driftwood around the intake gate, spillway gate and other areas. It took 5 days to salvage about 60 cubic meters of driftwood. At the same time, the company inspected the upper and lower dam areas to ensure the safety of the dam and the stable operation of the unit.
